The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a cozy night's sleep. the central location of the hotel was a major advantage, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing assistance throughout our stay.
The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was quite poor and often required us to leave the premises in order to access a reliable internet connection. Another downside was the small kitchen and storage area, which made it challenging to prepare meals and store personal items.

I stayed at Europa for 4 nights on my second trip to Melbourne. The location was perfect, close to transportation, and surrounded by vibrant cultural diversity. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. I enjoyed meeting fellow travelers from different countries, including many French backpackers. The hostel had excellent facilities, such as a rooftop terrace, game room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The showers were amazing with hot water and strong water pressure. it was a fantastic experience at Europa.
Would recommend this hotel.

But hey, the staff was really friendly and helpful. And the breakfast, oh my god, it was amazing! The kitchen was big and spacious, so there was plenty of room for everyone to cook. Plus, the location was perfect! Right in the heart of everything and felt really safe.
Ugh, the WiFi was a total disaster! Couldn't get a signal in the rooms and even in the common areas, it was super bad.
